Fitness Log – HIIT – 11/28/2020

I really need to get into better shape. Since the lock-down started, I’ve sadly put less and less time into exercise and fitness.
I think it’s time I started to “flatten the curve” (at lease as far as my gut is concerned). To that end, I’m hoping to put more effort into exercise, and in today’s case, doing some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), specifically using a Nintendo Switch game called RingFit Adventure.
Before I got started with today’s exercising, here is what FitIndex is saying about me:
So let’s get started! I have played RingFit before, and I’m currently on World 16, which looks like this:
I was able to clear a couple of obstacle/game gyms (also learning that I am not the best at Advanced Dreadmill) and 1 course map. I ended earlier than I thought I would, but tired and out of breath.
Didn’t earn an experience level today, but made some progress:
Slowly but surely, I’m getting there.
